Dear Mr. Jones,
Complaint about bank services
I must express my dissatisfaction with some of your services. Firstly, the interest that I earned last month should be 20£. Nevertheless, the figure was only 10£. In spite of the fact that I requested new credit card before 2 months, I have not obtained it yet. Furthermore, on the 29th of October I required to withdraw a figure which was higher than ATM limit. Therefore, I was obliged to visit the nearest branch of your bank. Unfortunately, this branch was closed, even though you have got written on website that it might be opened. As a result, I could not withdraw my money and that caused me considerable problem. Finally, I was trying to contact your customer service to complain about the quality of your services. However, the telephone number which can be found on your website was not working.
I would like you to repair the oversight with interest, deliver me requested credit card, correct the details about opening hours of your branches on the website and put costumer service line into operation.
Taking everything into consideration, I would appreciate if you could response within the next 14 days. If you would not be able to respond in this time, I will have to consider taking the matter further.
